Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

In case of medical emergencies, always call emergency services (911 or your local emergency number) immediately. Kuruwaa services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Our caretakers are trained to respond to emergencies and will contact appropriate services when necessary.

• Attempt to circumvent our platform to hire caretakers directly
• Use services for illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

All content, trademarks, and materials on our platform are owned by Kuruwaa or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already received.
